Phillip Feldman, has 44 years as a transactional and trial lawyer. After managing boutique plaintiffs firms and its defense successors, he now consults with law firms as a "lawyer’s lawyer". He enjoyed a quarter century as Judge Pro Tem and even longer as an attorney-client dispute Arbitrator. A former state bar prosecutor, today he defends lawyers before the bar. He has been testifying, as well as consulting, as an expert witness for over twenty five years.
